This pair of cufflinks uses pitch-black onyx effectively. The cutaway backing design is modern and stylish, offering something different from the usual solid square design. The square onyx pieces which are mounted on top of the silver backing are not likely to chip or fall off, even though the square does not appear to be held in place by much other than the adhesive force between the onyx and the silver directly underneath it. These are cufflinks which can be worn with solemn outfits, when you wish to appear serious yet would like to prevent your outfit from being boring.
